Our president, Jim Locatelli, grew up professionally at a large Milwaukee based Marketing communication firm. During his 16 years there, he learned to love - and understand - the creative minds behind the business. MEET OUR TEAM
Tina Scudder
CPA

Tina, a certified public accountant, joined Locatelli and Company in 2006 after starting her career at a large Milwaukee-based accounting firm. With a focus on government, non-profit and banking entities, she honed her skills in auditing.
Tina later diversified her expertise in real estate and personal investment accounting while working with a local attorney and managing the finance of a popular restaurant and art gallery. Her 12-year tenure at Michael J. Moczynski, C.P.A, S.C further strengthened her small business accounting proficiency.
Known for her personable approach, Tina priorities client needs while handling tax returns and diverse projects at L&C. She holds a BS in Accounting from UW-Milwaukee.

A certified public accountant, Jim Locatelli took his considerable experience in the marketing communications field and opened up his own distinctive boutique of financial consulting and public accounting services.
One of Jim's greatest rewards is making a visible and positive impact on his clients' financial success.
Prior to opening Locatelli and Company, Jim served as the CFO executive vice president and shareholder of a large Milwaukee based advertising agency.
Jim is experienced in a variety of accounting and business management capacities, including financial analysis; income forecasting and budget control; tax reporting; succession planning; mergers and acquisitions; and valuations.
Jim obtained his CPA certification and was accepted into membership of the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Public Accountants in 1979. Originally from Green Bay, and yes, a die-hard Packers fan, he received his bachelor's degree in accounting from UW- Milwaukee, and a bachelor's degree in management from UW-Oshkosh.
He is currently a Board Member of Islands of Brilliance and Our Space Inc.
James Locatelli

Shari Herenda
CPA

Shari, a seasoned professional in real estate and nonprofit sectors, enriches Locatelli and Company with extensive expertise. Before joining in 2005, she played integral roles at Villani and Becker S. C., overseeing audit, review and compilation engagements, along with tax preparation. Her tenure at Friduss, Lukee, Schiff & Co, P.C. in Chicago focused on managing audit engagements, particularly in real estate.
Additionally, Shari served as Controller for the Community Development Corporation of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, overseeing all accounting functions. Holding a BS in Business from UW-Parkside, she is an active member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Clients appreciate Shari for her ability to streamline accounting processes and make them effortless.

Sally joined Locatelli and Company as a certified public accountant in 2024. She spent the first 5 years of her accounting career employed at a Big 4 accounting firm as an auditor of large public companies. She then moved on to accounting manager roles at two local wholesale companies and one national law firm. Just prior to joining Locatelli and Company she spent 30 years as part of the professional staff at R.D. Linder & Associates, CPAs in Milwaukee where she provided financial statement preparation, compilation, review and tax return preparation services for small businesses and individuals.
Sally enjoys getting to know her clients personally as well as understanding the intricacies of their businesses. She strives to provide excellent customer service.
Sally earned her BS in Accounting at Marquette University.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, music, and spending time in nature and with her family and friends.

Lindsey is a highly organized office manager with several years of experience in streamlining operations, managing office functions and enhancing productivity,
Having joined the team in January 2023, she is an essential member of the team, known for being the backbone of daily office operations. Lindsey ensures a smooth workflow, effective communication, and a well-organized environment which provides for a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.

Lindsey’s responsibilities range from overseeing office administration, vendor relations, coordinating schedules and client invoicing, as well as providing bookkeeping services, managing accounts receivable/payables and providing exceptional client relations.
Lindsey earned one BS degree in Public Health at Winona State University and another BS degree in Dietetics at Viterbo University.
